The week in Holyrood kicked off with MSPs passing a major reform to social care in Scotland (albeit less major than originally planned). Among other measures, the Care Reform Bill guarantees that a loved one is able to visit care homes even during restrictions like the COVID pandemic lockdowns - ensuring, in the words of the Social Care Minister, that “…
